Hello, the version of my design can be seen in light and dark backgrounds. I superimposed the logo over different media so you can have a better sense of how it will look. For samples of my designs: http://luiscestou.com

Thanks everyone for your submissions so far! This is the feedback from the client in regards to the designs that were posted in the thread.

iFlame (post #6) - As previously mentioned, the logos are too simplistic. The client responded stating that they are looking for something more appealing. Something that appeals to all ages and above all looks professional as they are a technology consulting company.

mr.carn3x (post #8) - The client was not fond of the logo as they didn't feel it represented their technology company. Also, they are looking for the text to be more legible. It should be easy to understand the company name with a quick glance. The V and T should also be more prominent.

GFXShine (post #10) - Too simplistic of logos and the colors didn't really appeal to the client. The client would also prefer a less horizontal design as I had mentioned.

Deridium (post #13) - The client appreciates your submission and also saw your submission to the banner thread, but it's much too dark of a concept and lacks a logo that the client was looking for.

draxter (post #15) - This reminds the client too much of water and waves due to the colors and logo used. It would be good for a company like Billabong, but isn't fitting for technology.
GFXShine (post #17 & #22) - This is more on the right track, but the client feels that it lacks the right colors scheme. Also, since all of the letters are the same size, the V and T are not prominent enough. The laptop surrounding the logo was a nice touch, but they would like the logo to stand on its own. Definitely improving though!

ariif (post #18) - Thanks for showing your creativity process on how you came up with the unique logo. Unfortunately, it was too much for the client and didn't appeal much to them. They also didn't like how the company name was separated in the design.

mvg777 (post #21) - The client wasn't too find of the colors as they felt they were too dark. Also, the way the logo is designed it reminds them too much of chemistry, not technology.
mvg777 (post #23) - The client liked how the text was laid out nicely, while still being creative with the V, and how the V and T were prominent. It might need some color though. Also, the logo didn't do much for them. It reminded them of an ink pen rather than a V and a T.

Playaone (post #24) - A very professional looking design, but the logo didn't appeal to the client. They didn't interpret the logo as relating to the technology field and also felt that it lacked color.

mvg777 (post #25 & #26) - The client appreciates the uniqueness in trying to incorporate networking into the V with a RJ45 connector, but it looked too rigid to them. They also weren't a huge fan of the color scheme. Red isn't one of their favorite colors.

Luis Cestou (post #30) - You created a very unique design that incorporates the logo and text into one. It is very appealing, but the client is looking for a timeless logo for a more mature audience and felt that this appealed to a younger crowd. Legibility in being able to quickly understand the company name is a must and they felt it was lacking in that area. They way that you superimposed the logo onto the marketing material really gave the client a great feel for what the design would look like though.

snowknight (post #31) - The client liked the unique logo, but didn't really see how it related to technology. Also, the text wasn't appealing with the T spanning across the company name. Maybe adding more color would appeal to them more.

iFlame (post #32) - Definitely a big improvement over the first submission, thank you for that. The logo to the left of the text is the preferred placement in your designs. The logo (magnets) looks good, but aren't very fitting for the client. They also want the V and T to be prominent. Due to blue color, it also didn't look great superimposed on the website, but that could be fixed easily I'm sure.

subwiz (post #33) - The colors of the text are appealing, but the blue is too bright. The logo would be great for a lock company, but doesn't fit what the client was looking for design wise.
jagodesign (post #35) - The client is not fond of the logo as it represents chemistry to them, not technology consulting. Overall very hip looking design though, just not a huge fan of the logo and color scheme, it's too light a shade of blue.

Thanks again to everyone who has so far participated. The client is still reviewing and welcoming new submissions. Posting submissions to the thread is preferred over PM!
