Just a thought, if anyone is able to make a globe with fiber optics or ethernet cables going around it. Having a simple globe doesn't look unique since many people have that. We will give an additional $20 if someone can produce a logo with a nice globe in it that looks kind of datacenter'ish like I said....that may look pretty good. Keep up the good work. My next post, I will be giving critique to each entry. Thank you. Give me 30-40 minutes to critique each one.
teguhuliantos: That doesn't fit our current design, and looks to 8bit. Dinoo: The logo looks ok, but it looks kind of standard to us. Aderain: The logo looks great, but it seems to be a little to much for the website. Is there a way to tone it down? The "H" you made is VERY creative and we wish that maybe it could be a tad bit smaller and fit the website some more. So far I like your logo, but not sure how to implement it with the current design. Please see if you can throw another idea at it to edit it a tad. Aqeel Qureshi: Those logos are to colorfull and do not fit the current design colors. It is to rainbow'ish. witly: Unfortunately those logo's kind of look like some clip art was thrown infront of the text. Might have some copyright issues with that. Your second set of logos are too plain as well. yugo: Not quite what we are looking for. To plain. CR70: That logo looks to much like I would see painted on a wall in downtown East LA, CA. Polycode: That looks pretty good, nice and simple. Perhaps we can make a globe or something else attractive for it? SiLvER: Not sure if it's the dark shade you put on the logo, but it doesn't fit the to well and the addon objects don't look unique. GDesigns: Like I mentioned about the other designers, the globe doesn't look unique and I'm afraid that is a common object being used on logo's lately. mash-e1: That actually is very creative and makes it unique even though the globe is plain. Not sure how well it will fit with the design, is there a custom object you can make to go infront? Ideas of ours - I think having a custom globe made or something else made to make it look more futuristic and datacenter'ish would look great. Aderain is on the right track by making the "H" look like 2 racks in a DC. Perhaps something similar to a globe would look amazing!
