Some excellent submissions. As my clients are in Korea, I will gather their input and post up responses to all of you either later tonight, or tomorrow morning. (They're 14 hours ahead of EST for those of you wanting to know the time difference)

If this delay in response causes any issues, I apologize for it, but it cannot be helped.

Feedback up to Article's submission. If you're not listed here, you'll have to wait til tomorrow.

Sagarika123- Not educational, no yellow, not kid-friendly.

Dakouten- Strong design, but missing yellow. Maybe with a character standing on top of the bars this would be a good fit for an educational company.

anidesign- Flat image, no red, arrow sideways doesn't fit with "up."

nmnmghl- Not bad, kid-friendly aspect is good, doesn't pop as corporate brand image.

TheAge- Needs to be more modern and kid-friendly.

bamaz- Looks sharp but is confusing. (Reads as "up power")

CR70- Strong logo for power tools or something along those lines, but not the right fit for an educational company.

dorarpol - Sharp, clear, bright, clean (which are all good), but the colors are wrong and it's not educational.

Hijynx- Definitely in the right direction. Kid-friendly, positive, but looks like a camp logo than an corporate educational identity. Very strong submission.

Ori lowkey- Too busy, and not educational. The name gets lost in the design.

thomas66- Very cool, love the kid! The haircut even looks a bit like a Korean flag. Excellent submission. However it might be a little too graffiti or hip-hop (too badass) for an educational company. Still a strong contender.

zyndtel- The reflection thing is kinda cool. Definitely hits the kid-friendly but I don't see the educational aspect.

l3fty- Excellent artwork, hits the educational and kid-friendly well. Colored in, these would be strong contenders. We like the apple image and the font on the top image. Maybe with Power in red and Up in black? (Or vice-versa?)

UKF Kurtis- The layout of the lettering needs to be absolutely clear (progression of Power and then UP). It's a logo that will be in a country where English is a second language.

hipstick- The one with the white border inside is the best of the three. This is a strong image that accomplishes the kid-friendly and educational well. The colors are good. The font is strong and easily read. This is a contender.

Watari- Excellent submissions. While we love the character for the second and third, the first is the strongest corporate image while still retaining the educational and kid-friendly aspects. "children's educational" doesn't quite feel right, though. What about just "English" or "English education" instead? This logo is probably our favorite so far. Also, could you possibly brighten up the colors? And although we're not too fond of the lightning bolt, it works incredibly well in this submission.

m3l1ssh4- We love the art on this and it's definitely kid-oriented and well done. It's a bit difficult to read and a bit busy for a corporate identity logo, but we are considering it due to how much it pops. This would be excellent on a shirt.

PainLess- Even with the sun and character in it, it doesn't really feel kid-friendly. It's a nice submission, but doesn't really fit us.

anjum shaikh- Good concept, very positive, but falls a bit flat for a logo and the educational aspect is missing. Would be a cool font. ^_^

di-vahyn- These would as website buttons. The top-right one is pretty cool. Creative, but not what we're looking for.

The Article Person- Very creative, and very cool, but all-around too dark (the character and the font). Mad skills with the drawing, though!

Overall comments- Very pleased with the quality of submissions! Remember that this is an educational company. The logo needs to not only be a strong corporate identity for Power Up, but also to convey that we are kid-friendly and educational. Brighter colors generally seem to be turning out better. Obscure fonts are generally not good.

Current contenders (not necessarily in order):
    -Watari
    -Dakouten (with a character)
    -thomas66
    -l3fty
    -hipstick
    -m3l1ssh4

Great stuff, guys! We're really looking forward to seeing what comes next.
