Regarding feedback, please understand these are MY views and mine only. Don't take anything to heart if you feel otherwise. I sell protein powders and not everyone likes my flavours (I am ok with that). And one more thing: the purpose of my feedback is to show you I appreciate your entries and I evaluate them. Whether you decide to do changes or not it's up to you. If you do alterations you improve your chances but at the same time you may end up wasting your time since there can be only one winner. So the choice is yours.



DaveyBoy, thanks for the new tries. #58 Nice clean entries but just a little plain. I prefer the S to stand up somehow rather than laying down. While they are all nice, I need something a little brighter. Perhaps a little more vibrant shades?



DaveyBoy #63 this is the best overall entry so far. If I had to choose something right now, I would choose this entry. I would not be totally happy but I would choose it. I like the icon and the style as it looks very corporate and everything has a nice elegant feel. I still fell the icon can be improved to make it a little more vibrant. Perhaps if you used some more vibrant shades and perhaps some small touches to the font to again, make it more vibrant. Have a look at your unleashthebeast logo in your portfolio. That icon is a little more what I am talking about. It's a little more vibrant (the unleashthebeast icon).



DaveyBoy #68 Sorry but I don't particularly like any of these. First, there is no icon which is something I need to have. And also I need something a little more vibrant/more alive. If you're still interested, try improving number #63.



Retzseo: thanks for the new one. It certainly looks brighter and it does have an icon now. However, I still think it's one of your not so strong designs. It looks a little plain for me and needs to look a little more corporate.



Ideas: thanks for taking part in this. Also great to see you can lighten up this competition with your sense of humour which not many seem to appreciate. Ok, since you're ready to take the heat, here's my feedback; You call this a logo???... Ok, I'm joking I can't let you be the only funny one around here. But now I am returning to business so here's what I think: I was after something with an icon. While the 2 SS can be considered an icon, I don't think they look that great. Another issue and this is a personal one, I am not a big fan of gradients which is something you did to the SS. Again this is just me. I would call your light bulb an icon (a very pleasant looking one BTW) but not the way you done my SS. The font is also something I don't like a great deal. I am not sure about that effect you tried to add to the font. Sorry, overall I don't quite like your design.



Speno: very, very stylish entry. If you don't win, if I were you I would still save this design for someone else as it looks really pleasant over all. Thanks for paying attention to my suggestion presentation wise. I do like it better on a full white background. Very, very pleasant and elegant fonts. I do like your logo, I just don't like it for this project. Placing the crowns is creative but I was after something a little more vibrant/contemporary. It's not that I don't like your logo (I do), it's just that I don't think it matches with what I want. I really, really want an icon. Your design is very poshy and I am not saying this to be nice, I am just saying what I feel. I am not sure if you can put corporate, contemporary and vibrant with a touch of sporty modern look into one logo. If your head is spinning now, that's OK. Mine is spinning too, especially when I consider all the entries.



Fade #64 Thanks for the new revision. I will be direct to the point. I like the logo but not the font. It's probably just a very faint touch a little cartoony. I don't have any suggestions on how you can improve the font.



Hecky, thanks for the entry. As much as I liked your other logo (loyalty one) and I thought it was a real winner, I don't like this one. I know you said you dread it when a CH says: "I don't like it" without actually giving you reasons why. I don't mean to offend you (hope you know that) but it just doesn't do it for me. It's a little plain and does not have an icon. the colours are also a little boring. Sorry Hecky, but this is the best I can do.



Ipod: thanks for the new tries, but still not heading in the right direction. I need something a little more vibrant and professional looking. the colours and the fonts somehow don't seem to flow well together.



Raku: thanks for the entry. You used a very nice pleasant shade of blue and I like that. I also like the fact you used an icon which is great. However, in both cases your designs fall short of what I am after. I like the direction you're going but the fonts are not corporate enough and both icons (whichever one you choose to work on) can be improved. You're heading in the right direction especially icon wise. I reckon the second icon can be a little more "complete" so the S becomes easier to read?



Fidel: the more I look at your first logo the more I appreciate your style and talent. Very pleasant design. The only problem it's not quite matching with what I am after. I am not talking about talent which is obvious that is something you possess. I am talking about suitability. Your new design is pleasant but not quite what I am after. I believe if you were to change the font to a wider font and change the colours in the icon to some more vibrant shades, it will make a positive difference. Thanks again for the try.



Zmaja: thanks for your submission. very stylish icon. Again, just a personal thing but I feel your logo lacks vibrancy. I have seen your other entries in other threads and was hoping you would enter this competition. I generally like your style but this one entry I would not classify it as one of your stronger ones. The thing is, it's ok but it's Zmaja we're talking about here, so I expect more. I think the font in the icon is a little too thin. I also think the colours of the icon can be improved to be a little brighter. I also think it has a little too much black which darkens it a little. I can't really fault your design. It's probably just a personal thing I don't like too much black and it just happened that was a colour you chose to use. But your design definitely has style. Maybe you can simplify the icon a little and change the colours and fonts.

Alex: #74 Thanks for the revision. I prefer the red and white only icon. I am just not a big fan of black in this logo. You can use black but try and keep it to a minimum. I like the logo overall, but I would return to the simpler colour scheme. I like the efect you added to the font even though this is not a font I like. I prefer something a little more corporate, or perhaps a slightly fancier font (though not too fancy). Of course certain fonts do not go with different designs/concepts. However, font wise I like Speno #62 and DaveyBoy #63 the best.

Neme: thanks for the try. I don't quite like the concept. I need to have an icon and prefer some more conservative, corporate looking fonts. The effect you gave to the two Ss is very creative but it's not something that I feel suits my needs. Seems like something more suited for a speed related theme.
