    We are looking for some idea on a logo for a nice lady that does property finding and project manager.

    Here is her brief: I am a property finder. People approach me to find a property for them. My clients want a confidential person who knows exactly what their wishes are and be transparent to them about the selected properties. I also work as a project manager. When clients want to do a refurbishing, they approach me. I find the right companies for whatever is needed. I coordinate everything for them. So they don't need to deal themselves with the suppliers, workers, townhall, etc

    Requirements
    Logo Text: Property Finder/Project Manager
    Logo Tagline: Your Personal Property Professional
    Logo Style: Clean, Vintage, Humour
    Logo Colour Scheme: Turquoise, White
    Logo Shape: Round Style
    Logo MUST HAVES: I have no preferences. Be creative!
    Logo MUST NOTS: I have no preferences. Be creative!

    Additional Note 1: This is for the European market so please avoid any "Americanisms" (yellow taxis, dollar signs, US flags etc).

    Additional Note 2: Additional attention will be paid to entries that provide some kind of mockup. So please provide standard logo entry plus a mock-up if you can.

    Additional Note 3: She has mentioned "Clean, Vintage, Humour" in her logo style. I don't think this means mickey mouse so use your judgment in regards to that.

    Specific Guidelines
    - PLEASE DO NOT use jpegs in the logo. Needs to be a vector logo.
    - Please do not use stock logos trying to pass them off as original, I will know.

    Deliverables
    - final logo will need to be in .ai (Illustrator) format immediately after payment
    - should NOT be in PSD format, please convert it to .ai format.
    - any fonts used need to be included in the source files
    - you should provide an "OUTLINED" version of the artwork

    Closing date of Contest
    Wednesday 24th of February 2021 10 AM CET
    Payment via Paypal.
