$100 Logo Contest - Caricature Creation - Needed ASAP

I am building a "Surprise Website" for my wife and I want her "Face" to be turned into a "Caricature" for the site. She is a librarian and Linguist and the site is:

You can see a picture of Heather at: http://www.linguisticsgirl.com/linguisticsgirl.png The cartoon character should look as close as possible to her. You can change the hair around to look more professional as you choose, just keep the picture looking as closely as possible so it's an obvious picture of her.

The Logo should be in the style of Darlamack.com or zacjohnson.com by that I mean the created cartoon image of her should be to the left side and on the right the name of the website and slogan should be displayed. The Hex Code for the background is E4B4EO and the banner size is 892 x 153. You can see the banner section on the website.

While the hex code is E4B4EO I would appreciate the logo using a transparent background so if she wants the colors changed I can still add the logo over new colors and for other purposes.

Here is what the logo should say:

Linguistics Girl
"The Linguistic Librarian"

Pay will be made via Paypal once the winner is chosen. The image will be placed on the header background. The background uses the following hex code: E4B4E0

 

I would also like to have this cartoon character logo created within the next 24-48 hours. The contest does not have a closing time however the first approved logo will be used. I also run a network of 50 sites and will be looking for more logos. Check out my iTrader I pay immediately upon the winner giving me their Paypal address.

l3fty, I like the design, best so far, however can you color it in to give it more of a "completed' look. I like the first font with the stars above the letters. If you can color it in, use the first font and have the slogan "The Linguistic Librarian" below the "Linguistics Girl" slogan I'll take a look at it. Thanks1

l3fty....Brilliant! It even looks like her, I love the font and color choices as well. The apple while I wouldn't have thought of that even ads some nice coloring.
