$100 logo competition

Looking to revamp the logo for Black Cat Electronics:

It's a new business start-up with little budget, but we really need to see a better logo on there.

Looking for something sleek and panther-like.

Anyone can do the job, feel free to post your result here.

More to the point - I don't want to hire a designer - I want to buy a logo. That means seeing the logo first.

Here's my entry:



Size can be adjusted accordingly. I just increased everything for easier vieing.

 

It's a nice start - a particular concern is resizing down, so the amount of small detail needs to be minimal.

It would also be nice to see the cat and text as apart, so that the cat image emphasises the text. At present you'd only notice the cat image there if the logo were sized pretty large.

Just to update, my main focus is on the panther's head, as like in the link. I'm looking for something very cat-like.
