We are currently in the process of redesigning our site and are looking to have a new logo and banner (which will be used on other sites and for advertising) created. The website is http://www.planjam.com.

I will try to be as specific as possible so that needless entries aren't made:

    1. We need 2 different size logos, a larger one that is 230x80 and a smaller one that is 170x50.

    2. The banner should be 468x60 and should incorporate the actual logo.

    3. The logo should be based on 2 colors: black (#000000) and blue (#0066cc). These colors are already incorporated into the new design of the site. Likewise, the banner should also use some form of these colors.

    4. I made the current logo in photoshop using the text feature and those two colors...please don't do the same thing.

    5. I would like to incorporate the current tagline...if you can think of something that suits the site better and is catchy, by all means let me know.

    6. The logo should be simple and have plenty of white space (to use a cliche...i would like it to be web 2.0ish).

    7. I am open to the use of small icons that will contribute to the design of the logo and are relevant. The site is about planning everyday events (for now we are only are offering date planning and local day/evening out planning) so be creative here.

If you post on the forum I will leave comments/critiques for you right away. I will select a winner as soon as I find what i'm looking for.

Please PM me any questions you have and good luck.
