$100 Logo/banner design contest

I'm looking to have a logo and banner (which incorporates the logo) designed for my local Toronto clubbing community/forum website.

Design specifications are totally up to the designer as long as the logo is fitting to the website theme and current layout. However I would like the banner design to be no larger than 120 px (anything smaller is fine) height-wise as to not cause too much vertical scrolling..Having a spot for a 468x60 banner ad on the top right portion of the banner would also be a plus, but if your design is totally rocking without it, thats fine.

The wesbite:
www[dot]vibe[dot]to - The layout is fine, just need the banner for the home page which is currently the shameful "TORONTO VIBE" in the top left. The text on the logo should emphasize the word "VIBE" (doesn't have to be in caps) but not too much emphasis on "Toronto" as I'm looking to expand to more Canadian cities. If you would like to incorporate a slogan, thats cool too. A competitors slogan is "Your site. Your community" which is nice and simple but I definately want to be unique.

Competitors websites (that I like):
www[dot]untz[dot]ca - (I hope its alright that I post it here; someone please pm me if there is any issue and I will remove it) -- I'm going to say it straight out, their banner and most of the design is kicking the crap out of what I've got running. Their banner is clean and concise. I like it. I'm not saying it needs to be anything similar; just wanted to get it out there.

I'd like the logo (high res, if possible) and banner delivered in seperate files, in PSD format.
