100$ image that will incorporate my logo contest(1 hour contest)

ok ..here's what i need. I need my logo incorporated on this landing page:

It's only that rectangle that needs to be changed...and it should say:

a.Download and install the game offer
b.Instant 50$ free and 150% up to 500$
c.Use bonus code OPRZ500

I only need the logo changed and the background to be different..somewhat similar to my logo (which you get from here www.onlinepokerreviewz.com)

I need that download button.
I'll pay 100$ to the design that's best and quickest.
