Buying %100 hotmail inbox mailing?

    Hi,

    i have 7.500 site members and i want to send them weekly newsletter.
    %98 of my email list is Hotmail. i want to send directly to hotmail.

    can anybody help or advice?

    Well try this ukdirecthost(.)com .Am using them for past 2 months and inboxing rate is pretty good.50$ it the set up cost.And 25$ monthly.
