    i dont really need a discount. focusing on quality work here.

    if you can do this but can't code in HTML/CSS and your work is high quality, or you want a little extra that shouldn't be a problem. Think of the $100 as a starting point.

    I can certainly do it. :) Though I don't have a demo of a hosting template ready you can look over at my portfolio to see what I'm capable of.

    There's also the matter that most won't give you a live demo to an HTML/CSS site. Anyone can easily just download all the files and run off with them. That's why people give live demos to WP sites (coding is more complex and can't be downloaded completely) but not HTML ones. The most someone can probably give is a full preview screenshot for you to approve of.
