100 $ Give and take

    I am having some problem with my paypal account. So is there any way i can pay someone 100 $ through my credit card and he/she can pay me 100$ at my paypal account from his/her paypal account.

    I am ready to shed an extra 2 $ for the trouble :D .
    Some one help me.
