$100 for a Directory graphic design - no coding required

I want a graphic design for my new directory and am willing to pay $100 for it.

I don't want it to be coded - just the graphic design...

You can PM me your design or post it here. Your design will be mine only if I pay you the $100 and use it on my website. Otherwise you own your design...

My Specs:

- I have a blog and a gallery with the directory. So I want one or two spots for random gallery picture, and a section for the latest blog post (not a large section though preferably in the bottom of the page after the categories)...

- I want a section (preferably on the left hand side) for sponsors/advertisers.

- I want a clean, simple, yet professional design. Some of the directories I like are: Aviva Directory - BQTM - MrGoodFox

- I want the graphic design file in PSD or PNG format

- Ofcourse the most important factor (the main reason I am trying to get this design) is so that the directory would stand out among the others. So I want a unique touch to it (you are the graphic designer not me, so I dont know how !!!)

- If someone makes a design that I absolutely love I will pay them $150.

I like some Orange/Red in the design. Something to make it interesting and not dull. But not too colorful of course.
