$100 Design and Code a Wordpress Theme

    I will pay $100 for the best design that is coded for me (after the contest) for wordpress. This means the design has to be unique and custom work.

    Here is how I want it:

    1. I want it to look something like http://www.neowin.net (not an exact clone, something similar)

    2. I want it to have a box where it will say latest posts and all that.

    I have a preview of how I want the design to be like, so if you are interested in this contest PM me.

    This contest will last for a week and it can be extended or closed before a week is done.

    Let me rephrase the coding thing, you can use a previous code's theme, but I want some things added. So basically you are making me a design and adding a couple of features to a previous coded theme.
