This will increase your PR which will in turn produce natural traffic. Typically you must choose the keywords you want to rank for then use them in the social bookmarking sites. I have seen sites go to the first page of google in just a day or 2. This does not guarantee traffic but is sure doesn't hurt. Make sure you are working with a reputable person. Ask to have a list of what social bookmarking sites you have been placed on.
it is not recommended to add 100 links in one day. not even in one week. this may trigger a red flag in Google algorithem and turn these links less useful. it may or may not increase your rankings, but if it will, it may not last long. You might want to consider adding other links, perhaps some article marketing.
Its just bring good traffic to your site. But that traffic will not be targetted one. Eventually your ppc revenue will not increase.
Right. You cannot add these in a day. Just wait and add 20-30 links a day. If your website is a new one just add 10 per day...
