I'm tracking one of my pages on it's own channel, and it has a 100% CTR with a few page impressions. First time I saw that. Sometimes I'm little bit paranoid since I'm very serious on this. I sincerely don't know if I have to let google know about this. what do you think?

I have had new pages with 150% CTR. it isn't a problem if the ads are genuine and within the TOS. It will even out with time.

How many impressions did it take to get that 100%? 1 or 2, or a low number like that? If that's the case, relax. This is always the case when you have small traffic. The CTR tends to be heavily skewed.

My best was something like 200%, :). Only an few page impressions though. Think someone use the back button.

Usually when you have little traffic CTR is high.

Given an ad unit with four links on it - it's possible to have a 400% CTR. It's a few lucky ads, I'd recommend you don't worry about it.

I've had more impressions and a higher CTR...wait for the end of the day...it usually evens out, but even if it doesn't, it's ok if they are genuine clicks
