At least now I know this contest will not end without a winner, either you or someone else.

Kie, they look pro, corporate, would cater well for my female memberships (over half of my members are women, at least it says so in facebook insights)
Do you own the right for the photo of the woman? You did more ad format than asked, but it's always good someone who don't save on his efforts.

Hello great designer, your ad is very nice but there is only one size. I'm about to close the contest very soon now, if you have done them, post them, otherwise I need to choose amongst participants who have done the requested work.

GD artist, the quality of the 125x125 and 468x60 is not up to the standard of your first one. The rounded corners are not good, the 468x60 in particular is bad and not even straight at the top and the podium logo lost too much sharpeness when you reduced its size. I cannot accept those two.
edit: now that I look again, your first one also has a problem, it's not straight at the bottom.

I'm waiting for thepunnisher87 to send in his final work and then I'll close the contest and later announce the winner(s).

GDartist, it's much better now, thank you for revising your work to perfect it.

Thank you all for participating and I've seen quality, I wasn't sure at first I could get it, but I'm satisfied by several entries and that's work I couldn't have done myself even with lot of time, so thank you.

**** FINAL RESULTS ****

The winner is Jahangir, I liked the clean, professional look, with nothing to come in the way. It looks standard ad, like we can see hundreds, but that's what I wanted.

I also decided to choose 3 secondary winners, so as to offer my members more choice in their referral banners. So the secondary winners are thepunisher87, Kie and GDArtist

The prizes are as follow:

If you want I can give a little feedback about others, but don't feel bad because you haven't been chosen, I'm not an art critic:

NightVision: Good but only 1 format

Illidan_000: it was OK but only 1 format

Natali77: nice ideas, original work but I was looking for a standard (some might say boring) look and your work was too "different".

ParagonDesign: I didn't like your work, but perhaps it's just me. For instance a podium everybody should know that the second step is bigger than the third. But it was not this detail, it's more the colors/design/composition that didn't appeal to me, but perhaps it appeals to others, I don't know, didn't ask around.

Todd Duquette: Keep on working on your design skills and follow through if you want to work in this field, your first submittion was pretty weak, then you didn't send anything more, maybe because you don't take my criticism very well, but anyway that's a bad attitude. You can have a bad attitude if you design skills are outstanding but in the meantime you should work hard and not count your hours.
