Contest $100 contest for 3 ad banners - only quality please, no beginners

Hello,
I have already in the past made a contest and paid the winner.
Today I would like to use your services once again in order to find the best design for ad banners.

I would like 3 sizes :
125x125 / 468x60 and 300x250

Your ad banner will be used not by me, but by my members in order to promote my site through a referral system.

They have one referral link per member and will link from the ad banner with it.

So your ad banner needs to appeal to a special audience : people involved in internet marketing / articles writing / earning money online such as google adsense publisher, affiliates, etc.

The color scheme needs to be quite neutral so the ads can be used on all kind of graphic designs on my members sites.

Some examples of text are:
"100% AdSense Revenue Sharing & Referrals"
"AdSense Revenue Sharing 100%"
"Build your backlinks and earn money!"
"Create your Top Best Review now!"
You can come up with other text, it's easy to change afterwards.

A visual could be a podium such as the one I use as a logo on the top left of the site.
Perhaps with dollars/euro signs on it.

Anyway, I would to see high quality work only, I'll pay $100 via paypal for the psd of the three sizes and all rights on them.
If at the end of 48h there is nothing good enough the contest ends without any winner, we agree on that? Just in case there is only bad quality entries (or simply not good enough) despite me saying I don't want beginners to enter the contest, I prefer to make sure we're ok with that.

I'll give feedback on all entries of a minimul quality level during those 48h.

I'd love to enter, but I can't supply the PSD because every time I save a banner as a PSD, PS flattens it.

 

Todd, your banner would need work to make it more punchy, I'd like to be impressed. My problem is I knwo how to use photoshop and could do a banner like yours. I run this contest in order to get something that I couldn't do because I don't have the skills, the eye for graphics, not because I don't have the time.
If no one do a good one, it's no problem I'll do it myself "averagely".

Come on, let's not get sensitive here, I made it very clear in the title and in the description, no beginners. I'm nice to give some feedback, you prefer I ignored you? How could I know what's the best course of action, ignoring or deterring.
Anyway, I'm waiting for some more entries but perhaps no experienced graphist wants the $100 anyway, we'll see. But I prefer no entries than average quality entries.

kie, I'd like PSD files only, it's for standard distribution it has to be usable everywhere with little publishing rights. So only bitmaps graphics. I could also offer flash animated to my members, but that would be an additional thing, now I'm running the contest to get high quality graphics if possible.

The animated gif are definitively a plus, as they can also be used to generate several ads of the same format but with different texts and static.

jahangir, I like them, they are clear and professional looking, that's the level of quality I was talking about all along. Do you have alternative versions euro/dollars for 468x60 and 300x250? So my members can choose which region of the world they want to target.
