4. Small Contact form on Home Page and Inner Page. For example- xanersoft . com
5. See if any provision of one line text on top of the body part is possible. Like we have written "Website Design, Graphic Design & Search Engine Optimization" on extreme top of page at xanersoft . com

Color: Please see logo http://www.incitesoftware.com/ and bluish of xanersoft . com both are approved by us. Besides that you free to choose color which you think will work better. Please keep in mind we are a software company.

Other: We want to look decent and mature (like our logo) need a cool design.

Yes, code means getting photoshop design in html form.
This contest is home page design and code PLUS inner page design and code.

I forget to mention that we need html page with tables i.e We are not preferring css based pages at the moment.

When you say you "prefer" table based layouts... does this imply that CSS is not wanted? or would standard compliant XHTML / CSS suffice?
