100% Bounce Rate on SymbianOS

Just wanted people thoughts on an issue we are currently having..

We recently set up a mobile site that we send out customers to if they are using a mobile/smartphone.

The issue we have is that Google Analytics is reporting that users on the SymbianOS or Nokia phone are bouncing off straight away with a 100% bounce rate.

Does anyone know a reason for this?

P.s: Also seems very high on the Danger Hiptop devices...

Any advice would be much appreciated..

100% bounce rate is pretty odd.
Unless you just don't have a very large sample size, the bounce rate should at least be down to 90-something percent even if the site is hard to use on a device.

I'd ask if you're sure the code is installed on the mobile site correctly, but I assume you've got other mobile devices with lower bounce rates, indicating that it is installed.

1 could be that the keywords don't match the searches in a targeted way
    2. It could be that he landing page has broken links.
    3. Users could be finding what they need and leaving right away.

    Thanks for the thoughts..

There must be a problem either with Analytics or our site...

It cannot be that just people with SymbianOS get what they want on the first page/not targeted pages.. It seems to effect such a small group which is making it hard to pinpoint the problem.

Problem is we are getting just short of 250 users a day using Symbian trying to access the site!
