I did that for him And i've sended him a screenshoot of first page and asked him if he likes my ideea and wants me to continue he replyed to my pm's very fast and yes he said he like what i did and requested to continue and code all pages. I trusted him and completed the website and sent him screenshoots of it. and again he replyed with " awsome your paypal email? " I've sended him my pp email and i asked him if i won or i have to wait untill this contest is over. He didnt replay to me anymore and as i see here he abandoned the contest It is a bit of my fault too because after i did the work i've seen his feedbacks and has some negative ones with "Services not payd" So yes is true... He doesent pay so dont bother anymore.
