I've stopped actively pushing this website, and I regret it. It's an excellent site and is easily capable of being huge once again.Back when I actively pushed it, I was running Google Ads and a CPM ad from MoreGamers.com and the site was generating well over $4000.00/month. Now, it doesn't make very much.

My reasons for selling are simple. Due to decreasing income, I'm forced to sell some of my sites to cover my medical bills and existing debts. So the more I can get the better.

Everything on this site is automated, and captchas have been installed to stop the spam bots. I quite honestly do not need to touch this website at all for it to make money. I could increase the income just by advertising it, but, like I said, I lack the time or the income to do such.

Given what the site is capable of making, I'd like to start with offers above $7500.00 and will gladly take a BIN of $75,000.00 which would clear my debts completely.

Wow, nice site, But I think if you ask that price, you should try post on sitepoint.com - Premium site section as well. It seems better chance to find a buyers that willing to pay OVER $5000 for a website there.

No, it's not worth. I would love to hear why would anyone pay that much for site that almost don't have traffic at all. Also, you've said that site was making 4k$ monthly while you were pushing it hard and than you say that site earned like 9,5k$ in it's lifetime. So you only pushed it 2 months and than stopped?!? Please explain why would anyone on planet earth stopped pushing something that brings 4000$ per month.
Without organic traffic it's worth design+script+custom work done on it and that's it.

And FYI, yes, I did push it for only 2 months. March and April when it was launched. The automation was only added in last month. I was hospitalized in May, and spent the last few months planning my wedding which occured in October. Aside from that, I have other business ventures which require my attention and yield a much higher profit. Thus my reasons for not continuing to push the site.

As for traffic, I've submitted to almost 1000 different exchanges over the past couple of days, and have purchased advertising on a few sites once again to see if I can drive the site traffic back to what it was. At present, it's only averaging a few hundred uniques per day. By the end of December, I'm aiming to bring it back to the 5-10k+ uniques I was getting before.

 

nothing against you but 7.5k for a site with no traffic is simply too much....you must have earned 4000$ pm but the situation is not the same now....If you were earning around 1.5k pm then that starting bid is justified......try lowering your price.....

 

I guess that is fair, because I only asked if you have it. I meant to ask for you to post the screen shots of last 6 months of revenue earned from the site. What is the average for the last 6 months worth of revenue? Post the traffic screen shots, full awstats if you have it. It seems to be a site like i-am-bored.com but just want to make sure it is up to par on the figures you are giving.
