$100 Adwords voucher

I got a $100 Adwords voucher from google.
I am wondering what is the best way to use this voucher to maximize the return without spending lots of effort.

Should I build a one page website with high CPC keywords (e.g. insurance, finance, travel, etc.) and use the Adwords voucher to buy traffic to the site to *cash out* the Adwords voucher?

Its quite simple. Start your own Adword campaign for your site or blog. Or sell the voucher in BST section for lower rate. .
