hi vamp6x6x6x, 100% adsense means the threads and posts will not contain our adsense code, its purely member's. initially it is 100% for threadstarter, but it may lead to members bumping and talking in their own thread so it probably is better to set threadstarter get 75% and repliers to thread at 25% to encourage activities across threads. Monthly rewards* activates when our community is big enough it would be based on revenue generated by fixed banner ads or text ads. it will be rewarded most likely through cash based on initial suggestion. so members not only get adsense, but they can get monthly rewards* too. members can suggest how they want it, and confirmed when the activation is near.
nope, it is perfectly fine with google tos. there are other social network offering adsense share too and not a problem.

probably it should be reflecting once you hit 10 posts. have been thinking of profits sharing for quite long time, as have come across big websites that don't reward their members, not to mention that they estimate to earn around $15-20k monthly at least but some are rewarding members less than $300 a month.. i thought why not offer more to return to members as they are the ones who made the site happen.. and help others is great so decided to go with it.

Well, I am sure it will catch on. I mean it is a good way to get backlinks and make adsense rev at the same tome, as well as learn from other webmasters and whatnot.
Now members can submit their articles on the forum and get published on Onlinemakecash.com as well as options to post on Squidoo,hubpages. Any 1 wants to publish theirs for free? Links within the article is Dofollow.
