Ive had my account for a while now and used it on a few forums Ive had but now Ive got a new website and I want to get serious about earning with adsense. Now Im not greedy, $100 a day would do. Honestly, how hard would this be and what advice do you have to offer?
I'd be on this already if i stopped selling sites - it doesn't come easy, but once over the $100 milestone, its up, up and away
10000 - 20000 impression to high quality site (content!) with average payout per click and you have it. (Unless you have a lot of returning visitors).
with my main site, which i consider average, i'd need a bit more than 8000 daily visitors. how to do that? make sure you rank well in a great number of keywords (related to your topic), not just one or a few. other advice : don't expect your work to pay off immediatly, it takes weeks, months to clearly see the results most of the time.
If you are lazy (like me) and don't want to spend a lot of time with writing good content, just make a one-page site. Keep the content minimal so that your ADS will be more attractive to click on. Offcourse, search engines will not put you on top, so you have to do some paid advertising for the site. With 300 unique visits a day, 10$ is easily earned (at least it is in the Netherlands) Make 10 of those sites, and your at 100$ a day!
How much will you pay for 300 uniques? Then how much will you pay for 3000 uniques? Will it cost more than $100?
You going to start a new site and you want $100 from the first day itself? You must get high quality content and good keywords with proper placement of ads done Then the things will go fine with you
You CANNOT get $100 on your first day with adsense (that is if you're not using magic or breaking the TOS or if you dont own something like myspace.com). It takes time, even a $10/day would take fair amount of your time.
You can if you already have an established site, and no adsense I wouldn't concentrate on alexa much to be honest
depends : alexa toolbar is mainly used by us/canadian surfers. my website is more targeted to a european audience, thus ranking lower on alexa. i can't give you an answer.
It depends, it's very difficult to find a good advertising spot for a reasonable amount of money. For instance, I have been in contact with webmasters with 500 unique visitors a day that wanted to have 150 euro a month, but you also have webmasters with 4000 unique visitors a day, that only want to have 25 euro a month.
Yes it can be reached. You need some good quality traffic and some content though. The amount of traffic you will need to reach it will depend on your sites topic.
It depends on your niche and target audience. Hitech users never click on ads. Traffic from search engines is good source.
Needs lots and lots of traffic. A few people might do it withoutb a lot of traffic because they probably get clicks that average over $1 a piece.
