It would be better If you use your own domain and hosting.Wordpress hates affiliate links and would probably delete your blog and blogspot.com can shut your site for no reason and so it is better to go with your own site.

 

You did a great job telling everyone how you pick products and make money! I've seen something similar to this but it was great seeing it laid out so cleanly (and really making someone money). Thanks for sharing!

I got my self amazon associate blog and for this month I got about 594 with 0 sales.
Once I look at your blog post I think I know where I did wrong and I try to get my 1st sale within next month.

You could also get a report of all your backlinks from google webmaster.

 

I used to do something similar to this and had my wordpress account banned... no reason given except for I was "promoting an affiliate link".

The problem i find is that the long tail product keywords from amazon dont get anything like 2000+ searches a month

 

that is not a problem, but its a challenge

 

lol...i like it, positive thinking....but i have been searching for an hour and most products only get a few hundred searches.

 

I have the same problem of finding keywords from amazon that have monthly searches. I guess if you target buying keywords then the little traffic you do get will convert high then you just need to promote a lot of products.

 

i am currious if your example site on the post really make some money?

 

It's easy to find products like that, Just go to category you like and sort products "by bestselling". This is always a good place to start research. At least this is how I do it when I'm looking for niche ideas.
