Well I was only about an hour over. I hope some flexibility can be given with the 24hr limit as only a handful of designs had been submitted and the winner had not been announced. It's not really fair on the CH either to have to pick from a small number of designs, especially since he had increased the prize .
Sorry I have only just got chance to come and see the entries, I will now look through them all and make my mind up.
you should give designer enough time so that you'll get more entries! just a suggestion. but if you are really in a rush to have the designed website. well thats considerable. goodluck!
