Hello Designers, I am in need of a new design for my new project, the site is about romantic poems quotes etc.. all about love and romance So i want a very romantic/attractive/sexy design My offering is $100, but if its better than what i expect i can go upto $150 for design Please no noobs i need professional design I need PSD/XHTML/CSS for this design This should be a 3 column design left sidebar which will hold stuffs like menus etc, middle the main content page and right sidebar to sold ads.. How much for just the design ? I haven't done XHTML/CSS in a while, but I still remember all of the coding.
i am actually looking for psd/xhtml/css not just design anyways if you can make an excellent psd than i may offer about $50 coz i will have to hire someone else to do the coding part but i am looking for a single candidate who can do both design/coding
Really, depending on how complex it is I can make something. I'll let you know when the design's done. Also the image where you show what you need, the text on that is difficult to read, just letting you know.

A lot designers (including myself) here do not know how to code, which is why there wouldn't be as many entries as other contests.
i totally agree, you can set a price for psd only and a price for psd+coding. i think it's better, you can get the psd and get another one to code it for you
