    I am looking to buy a site, or several sites, each making $100-$1000 per month of passive income.

    These are my Required criteria:

    1.) Site at least 18 months old.
    2.) The content of the site(s) has to be unique.
    3.) Need at least 30 pages on the website.
    4.) Domain not banned in Google Adsense, or Google.
    5.) No movie download, proxy sites, adult sites or sites under 18 months old.
    6.) Domain has to be a .com
    7.) Not interested in micro-niches

    I think I don't passed your criteria. But do you care in buying PR 3 site? I want to sell it only for $30
