100,000 visitors in 30 days, how am I going?

I'm finally taking some more action and have got my squeeze page up and running at www.creativecashcourse.com

The page is about a challenge that I'm doing, which I think my new website I'm working on will get 100,000 uniques within 30 days, because it's totally creative and never been done before.

I've been reading Jimmy D Brown's material and have learnt a lot from him, but would really like your opinion on my page.

Is there anything big that needs changing/added to increase conversions?

I have had 70 people join my list in 24 hrs and I have submitted a few articles and press releases so hopefully they do well for me:)

All though I have a pretty good idea of what I'm going to do to build my list, any suggestions you have, feel free to post here, thanks.

How much of that traffic has converted into $$

I mean you could get 2 million people to your site and make 1 cent, and just burn bandwidth...

Lets us know how the $$ end was so far :)

Well, I don't think you will be making internet history by getting 100,000 to your site.:D

Looks a bit bland as someone above also said. Spice it up a bit.

sell it on ebay as a business idea. sell it so cheap it only covers your costs and you may get more interest - therefore more people buying your link

No disrespect but, what is your product again, or is this just an experiment to see if you can get 100,000
    "lookie lou's?"
This is not a new concept.
Think, 90's, .com's (with no tangeble product), and Super Bowl ads.

Not saying it won't work, actually I'd be interested in seeing it work, but what happens after you reach 100k?

    Is it over?

Was thinking the same. Why would you want 100,000 visitors to your site anyway?

Maybe if you were aiming for 1 Million visitors in 30 days then that would be something.

For 100,000 all you need is just 2 front page digg stories, or if it's a really good article then just 1 will do and the residual traffic will kick you above 100K in a month.

    Hi guys just woke up...

    Thanks for your comments..

The point of the site is to show how by being creative with your online business you can get mega traffic.

I chose the figures "100,000 in 30 days" because it's quite a safe number yet quite hard to do if your launching a new unestablished site.

I actually think that I may reach the target before the 30 days are up, but you just never know:)

I have a new blog, on a new domain and I have 99,900 page views, and 203,000 hits for the first month, (Uniques are lower, but I have 3 Uniques that are responsible for a few hundred ISP's) and I haven't done anything except make relevant content, some basic SEO, Directory Submissions, Sig Links, and Social Networking.

So, based on that...I don't see the big whoop.
Not to play "My sand box is bigger than your sand box", but what is the end result?

What will you accomplish? What do you hope to share, if anything to the "Blogosphere", and will it be something that can be reproduced repetitively, or is it going to be a string of publicity stunts, and forum visitors saying, "What?. Let me look at what this guy is doing...CLICK"?

    Thanks for that alexus:)

@ hmansfield: Sure getting 100,000 in 30 days isn't the best figure in the world...I really think I could get my target in 10 or 15 days.

The point of it is, to teach others how to get traffic using creative online methods and I will be sending out free information to people who have subscibed, so they too can get more traffic.

Hi Ernster..... all the best for your effort...

if you could give some more creative samples it would attract more persons.... like a creative flash design or a creative image.. or something like that.. caz the page is not attractive now... get more color and pictures in... its just my suggestion... :)

It's an interesting idea - but I must admit I'd prefer a site that just gave me the information rather than making me sign up so that I could receive some information at some point in the future.

Thankyou for the suggestion. However you will find that most squeeze pages are designed the way they are for a good reason - it works!:D

Trust me, I'd love too design a nice attractive page, the typical boring online sales copy turn me off (especially since I come from the design side of things in IT) but you gotta go with what works.
