i never go with the such traffic generated process which drop only traffic but never create the conversion. For any business the conversion rate is most important factor to take in consideration.

I'll tell you what, you make me $100,000, and I'll give you half of it. Seems ridiculous to me. If it works, and it's legit, why aren't you a millionaire? Because either you don't know how to monetize traffic, it's not targeted traffic, or you're having a lend of us.

but since he is not responding to any of my emails, I have recieved his site maintenance plan which is total jibberish and his marketing plan which is drum roll......... a little background,
this is just building a picture site adding adsense or cpa etc.... and driving traffic through ............... reddit and digg whoo wheeee.

there you all go since he is just a scammer, there is his method and that is about how it is delivered. he has a little detail about building carma on reddit but nothing in depth.

he ripped me off for chump change so he's just a two bit hustler and as all hustlers do they just end up like a dog chasing their tail busting their but for pennies.

This seems pretty legit. As for how much I'd pay, I can get 100,000 clicks for a penny a piece on a mobile ad network I belong to, so I would probably be willing to pay about $1000 for 100,000 visitors. However, I'd have to be sure that it was targeted traffic and not just random traffic from traffic exchanges, etc. That traffic is alright if you are looing to raise Alexa rankings so you can sell a site or domain, but for list building and product sales, it's better to have targeted traffic. Generally, targeted traffic costs a little more.
