Well if you do a search for zclass.net on Google, the description for the site is the Godaddy parking text - click the Google cache link and that's what you get - parked page.
And if you do a site search you get:

NOTICE: This domain name expired on 04/30/2010 and is pending renewal or deletion.

Plus waybackmachine has no record of it either.

And, Andrew was telling the truth - all the content is new.

May have been a site, but worth Reg fee.

zclass.net seems to be a 10 year old site.

However, it has a PageRank of 0 according to various net sources. At least the BuyItNow price isn't that high, but other than domain age, there most likely is very little value to the purchase.

 

The domain has never been dropped? This sale is kind of a joke. I thought the site was 10 years old, but its brand new.

New content was added in June, which may or may not be relevant to any original site which may have been hosted on this domain.

The main point is, the OP is making the claim that this is a 10 year old site.
The implication is that it is a website with 10 year old content.
This is plainly not the case, it is a 10 year domain which dropped and has been bought by the OP, who then added fresh content.
