    Selling a 10 year old domain site I bought a few days ago but it's just sitting there and I'm looking for a new owner to take it to the next level who could get best benefit for that. I thought i will sell ads there but right now i can't give more time on this.

    10 Year old with valid PR and good quality backlinks.

    Has pr4 and it's a generic name, so with some additional SEO it'll rank high for the term freelance work. Currently, cpanel shows about 75 visits a day. Just bought it some days before but now i think i will not enough time to work on this domain.

    Looking for a quick sale so I can further focus on my other properties.
