    It doesn't appear to be real PR when i go to site: its showing thegermz.com. You should put that in your listing.

    Dude, it just fowards to that site. That has nothing to do with the way it ranks. That would be like saying you get pr from having your domain forward to digitalpoint. Google doesn't pass on page rank to a domain that is forwarded. Any backlinks for heavyconept.com that have to do with thegermz.com are from having a link in the blogroll on thegermz.com pointing to heavyconcept.com. Take a look.

    Will you explain to me why. I didn't think that happened when you forward a domain. This used to be a directory not that long ago (which some jerk hacked and deleted the database and I started to rebuild but gave up), so I assume the pr came from the backlinks from that. I'm going to remove the forwarding and put it back as the directory and see what happens.
