It's done all the time, gotwebhost, and much, much more traffic. But with search engines, there is little of both, quanity and quality.

Wow, I never thought getting traffic without search engins mend you would do this and stop trying to get traffic with search engines like some have stated or asked about. I get traffic with and without search engines.
I focused on traffic without search engines because there is s little information on it. I know of a forum were there is a section were people actually discuss getting traffic without search engines. Actually on the forum it is called other ways to get traffic but it is about getting traffic without search engines. This is something I do in addition to getting traffis without search engines. Some of these methods actually help get traffic with search engines.

Anyone know were I can find more ways to get traffic without search engines or alternative ways to get traffic

Good tips. I would have also included setting up Joint Ventures with other businesses.

 

Nice list, But if you ask me, Directories are rubbish for traffic, If im posting in a directory its only for a backlink purpose to add to PR
