Thanks for the links and info.

Can I say how many domainers completly ignore #2 Trademark issuses. So many of them, goobs and goobs of them.

Also as far as blogging. I see many blogs that cold quite possibly be paid blogs and their is no disclosure policy on it or anywhere in the blog to be found.

Also saw this post over at NP as well. It was made a sticky there. Hopefully it can be done here as well.

Both of the blogs/articles were respectively posted back on:
    Domain laws - July 11, 2007
    Blogging - May 1, 2007

BTW - The diggs on both articles were great in numbers on them. WOW.

I didn't see these posted here, and I thought they would be helpful to some (especially after reading some of the posts here).

Great article. I have been looking into registering an LLC, and the article provided a few good tips.

I am a geek, not a lawyer. We need all the free help we can get.

Thanks to whomever for the rep add!

Hi, thanks for useful links. Being aware of these laws will definitely help, if not save, in the future.

Spread the word... especially about the TM issues. That is what give domainers a bad name.
