Here are some tips that have helped me; maybe they will help you? 1. First off start with something to do, focus on one thing at a time. If you have to clean the house then clean it THEN go to the next thing. 2. Get some exercise. Get a gym membership and use it at least 3 times/week. Exercise can cure a lot of things that may be causing us problems. 3. Start with something small before you do anything big. Think about at least getting ONE thing done the rest of the day, then work your way on from there. 4. At the end of the day write down what you have accomplished. Was your day fulfilled? Could you have done more? Ask yourself these types of questions. Read The Rest Here - http://eroker.com/2008/03/28/how-to-not-be-lazy/
Adding one thing If you are lazy and avoid doing necessary things : Think seriously about the time you wasted in your laziness and things you could do in that time Thanks !
Its so funny... think about it, most problems we have is because of being lazy. We don't do what what we know will help us just because we don't feel like it. Being lazy is a waste of time, and yeah when you feel that shitty feeling like your not doing anything productive or social, then thats it, that is the lazy bug. Squash it.
I myslef is lazy but then again I have become like a robot in doing what need to be done on daily basis and all seems to hapen automatically even tohugh I am lazy deep down.
I am so lazy.... but it depends . if I like doing something, then I will do it... if I don't then I won't... but everyone is like that. as long as i know i will never get to the point where i am so lazy that i sit in front of the television all day and dont move
Laziness cannot be cured. It's a condition that you need some will-power to overcome, that said, let em go to sleep. /Wake up the lazy slob
Adding my two cents here... Train your WILL power - Start doing things that need to be done despite the fact that you really don't wanna to. The only way to fight laziness is to actually start DOING something. Forget the planning, writing down, categorizing etc. part. Those are only excuses for not doing what you need to do. Of course, planning is important but, not at this point. Working out in a gym builds you muscles, working hard and fighting laziness strengthens your will power. As a motivator, think about all the things that you will accomplish (doesn't need to be anything huge) and the sense of self satisfaction that you will feel when it is done. Oh and get up early!
