    I hope it can give some help to newcomer who want to learn photoshop,
    I bet there are many more talented designer out there,

    Nice one. I am sure it will help the new-comers :).

    Here's a quick tip from me:

    "To quick fill a selection with the foreground color press Alt + Backspace".
