    I always thought that SLEEP was ESSENTIAL to good health. I wonder how long my good health will last if I never sleep again.

    According to you, no one ever needs to sleep.

    what are pulses?

    Does 8 hours of sleep really matter for a good health? some sleep for only 5 hours and they are all good no fatigue or health complications

    Yup, the older one gets the more junk the brain has to sort through and catalog for future reference. Like a computer, the more garbage put in, the slower everything goes. The brain is hard pressed to keep up with everything going on when you are awake, so it needs more and more time to sort and catalog everything. Eventually, the brain says, "What the hell?" and gives up. When that happens, you wake up dead. :) :) :)

    oh I imagine they do. I've met an extraordinary number of people who won't use Windows 10 because they're happy with their old version. Relics like that will need to defrag!

    My take on the health of online workers is the hourly break of at least 5 minutes. That will give your mind some respite to avoid mental fatigue. Your eyes will also be refreshed that it is best if you close your eyes during the hourly break. For the overweight, you can take a short work or do a chore that will invigorate the blood in your veins. Working continuously is bad for the health.

    I would add that even if you don't believe in the spiritual part of life, meditation has been proven over and over again to improve many aspects of your physical health. There are plentiful studies on very significant effects in such things as relaxation, improved cognition and even modulation of psychological traits.

    One thing that I would add to the thread: FASTING. Intermittent fasting has been the greatest addition to my lifestyle in 2021. The effects are amazing and really to many to list, but I would recommend anyone who has weight problems or suffers from any kind of chronic inflamation to give it a try.
