Include the intake of fish; as this contains many properties if taken in the right quantity. Hydrate your body frequently with water. Don’t consume sugar-infused beverages like cold drinks. One of the BEST health tips or better say, methods for me has been MEDITATION. Because we people are NOT only flesh and bones, we have largely a spiritual part in us that makes or breaks our existence. Specific food diets for example, don't affect all people equally, as there are so many varieties of human organisms that respond differently to variety of nutrition styles. But meditation is good for each and everyone, because even though we may have differing biological traits and bodily constitution, we are still sharing one and the same "spiritual essence" that requires attention and cultivation.
