10 th March Is The DeadLine Of Personal Payment to & From PayPal

    Recently PayPal changes the policy of personal payment to & from India.PayPal policy updates that go into effect on March 10, 2010, include used by recent regulations in India. Section 8 (Fees) of the User Agreement is being amended to prohibit users from sending a Personal Payment to a recipient in India. Over the weekend, PayPal suspended personal payments to and from India as well as transfers to local banks.

    Yes nothing new, we already know PayPal suspended it for us and now form March 10, non India PayPal user will need to follow this new policy.

    They did not posted about bank transfers in there policy updates , they just suspended personal payment from or to india

    Any payment sent to India must be for a Purchase Payment and will be charged the Purchase Payment fees.

    someone please enlighten me on this ...

    if a payment is done by non-Indian Paypal account to Indian Paypal account , which account will be charged with Purchase Payment fees ?

    Indian account will be charged. Send purchase payment is free but receive purchase payment is chargeable.

    Can anyone tell me what exactly time will they take for transferring funds to local bank accounts.It has already 15 days i transferred but not get yet.

    anyways, even if you receive the amount using the services option, you will not be able to receive the funds into your bank account. no use.. guess we need to find other alternatives
