Contest $10 T-Shirt Design -- 24hrs

Need a simple and unique t-shirt design from 2 graphic designs that I would like to use. The design is for the Onyx Sportswear line, so I would like my logo included on it.

The first one can be found here http://www.freevectors.net/tag/Football. Feel free to use your unique spin on it.
The second one can be found here http://vectorjunky.com/detail-f-Football_Tshirts_Urban_Design_.php. I want to use the design with the 2 football helmets. Again put your unique spin on it.

The deadline is 24hrs and the winner will be paid via paypal. I will need the PSD layer files. Please do not PM your design.
