    the banner needs to compliment the site and make the person want to click on it.

    Dotdezine, thanks for your entry, however I have asked for a static banner and yours is flash

    Blankeyecue - thanks for your entry on your first entry i really like the flap where is says click here but dont like the overall theme is looks very dated.
    Your second design is better in the sense of colour, i think you have used too much of the burgandy colour so that if you put it into the site it will get lost, i like the blue you have used.

    I dont need to have the logo on this banner as the banner is being used in the site

    xluciusx - thank you for your entry, I like it and its fresh looking however i added it to the site in a psd and it didnt work, it didnt have the wow factor that would make an advertiser want to list their vacancy.

    gipanuhotko - thanks for your entry i like the curves you have done and the placement of click here however I do not need the logo on this banner and i dont like the font, not sure if the red goes with the site, perhaps a contrasting colour would work better

    Xluciusx – thank you for your designs they are good but they have no impact in the site.

    Gipanuhotko – the designs are good but not for my site
    Dakouten – thanks for the entry however it does not fit into my site
    Hemp – it does not fit the site
    Torturedexistence – its not bad just not what I need at the moment

    XyaleeDezine – I really like what you have done with this banner as the colours work really with the site. It is on my short list.

    Nelo – Your design is on my short list as it kind of fits into the site but just something I am not sure about yet
