$10 Simple Logo remake contest (24 hrs)

Hello Everyone;

I need a logo remake of this Logo:



It was all I was given from my client.

I don't need any creativity or any new ideas, I do need:

1. Layered logo in psd format,
2. At least "3 x "3 inches in size
3. 300 pixel resolution.

The winner will be announced tomorrow morning EST, (about 24 hrs from the stamp in this post), provided there is an entry that resembles the sample.

tychicus: I don't think you have the right font for the circle text, RNHalawi, Digital Designer and cykill have a good example of it in their entry.

cykill: I like the way you filled the blue circle with somewhat larger text; good entry.

Due to the simple nature of this design, and the unexpected feedback in the amount of entries; I'm going to go ahead and end this contest earlier than previously announced.
