Contest $10 simple Image Design

    Hi

    I need someone to re-create this image http://i51.tinypic.com/nntxjn.gif

    Black border with the old damaged document centered in the middle.

    The text from the document can be found here http://www.iol.ie/~dluby/proclaim.htm

    I need the finished artwork in 3 sizes 8x10 inch, A4, and A5 paper sizes.

    Resolution should be 300 dpi for print and the text should be readable.

    Hope someone can do this simple project.
