Nice, but...Prob is, it completely leaves out off site optimization, which is the most important part!
While the guide is pretty good and straightforward I would advise you to spell check and grammar check it. I found at least 2 spelling mistakes and at least 3 grammar mistakes. These distract the reader and make your guide seem unprofessional.
It's only on page SEO as someone said when off page is more important and is also inaccurate at times. Search engines have long since had the ability to spider sites with frames to a point, not that anyone should use frames though, much more importantly you state spiders/search engines stop when they find links with parameters, thats untrue. You should limit your parameters to 3 perhaps but search engines and their spiders have no problems spidering, indexing and ranking url's with parameters.
