    1. Have good quality content is a must. Make sure to have internal links as well though. It helps lower your bounce rate.
    2. Having a keyword phrase that converts is a must. You can tell if it does if it has competitors that are selling products.
    3. Title tags really don't matter after the Penguin update. It just needs to be relevant to your keyword is all.
    4. Having a brandable URL is always good for a long term benefit.
    5. Meta tags do not matter any more. Ignore them.
    6. Relevant and authoritative links combined are the best links you can get. A must for high rankings.
    7. As long as the URL is relevant, it does not matter if it matches your keyword.
    8. A sitemap is always good for your users and SEO. For a WordPress blog though I always use a Category and Recent Posts widget.
    9. Images are good for SEO. The same goes for videos.
    10. Social Media links are great for SEO. They show Google you are naturally adding links that are both do follow and no follow.

    What does mean to go SEO friendly url? I think it is related with subject of website.
    I am not sure whether any social media website help in SEO, probably not. They may give you some traffic to your website.
    What do you mean to build "strong" links? So what kind of links?
    Rest of those points are OK.
