    It's ok if there's no keyword in keyword meta tags as this has no effect on your site. Google and other SE's don't use this to rank a site. It's the keyword in your body that helps to rank a site.

    yaa its good information but its not inf for SEO bcz in SEO many type off activities SEO is not depend on 5 or 10 Activities

    No, but the point is its 10 tips, I havent by any means suggested that this is all you need to know about SEO.

    I have a full guide on my website if you need any more info, along with lots of other useful info/resources.

    It will help if you do link exchanges with authority sites and try to avoid sites which are already full of link exchanges
