10 reasons why Movie Sites will ALWAYS make money

bandwidth is not cheap... then the content.. are you talking about youtube style site? i think google has been trying hard to make money off.. or movie trailer?? that has competition.. or copyrighted material? you won't stay long.. or funny movie like break.com .. you know how much they pay for original content? in the 100s.. good one can go even higher...

so i would not say it is good niche.. unless you know something we don't

If you're going to create a site linking to copyrighted material I would stay away from adding Adsense or you risk getting your account banned. It is against their TOS to provide copyrighted material, regardless if it is hosted on your site or just linked to.

Yeah i agree with you movie sites are great source of traffic and entertainment we can easily get traffic through movie sites.

 

Yes i have seen a few sites get banned for this, most are routed through a different country like malaysia. However sidereel seem to get away with it, they are based in San Francisco, not sure how they do it.

There is a gap in the market now a few have changed their posting structure but not worth the legal hassle..

 

I agree to your point. But to maintain movie sites, lots of bandwidth is required. Also Movie sites need lots of promotion, or else less money we get.

I like what topic owner said but what do you do with copyright of movie ? and how do you do if you have no source for film and have to upload movies by yourself ? I agree that there's high demand ,and all statistic for a movie site is very good ( visitor,time on site ...) but it's not easy to create and manage .

 

It is very interesting. But a movie site need to be updated daily. Then , you will need to be using time to update this type ofsite or not? It is not too demanding?

There are scripts out there Or you can just hire someone to do the grunt work (which imo is a better way of doing things).

 

Well, I don't agree. In my point of view, music sites are more money making. As lots of visitors visit daily to download songs and or play them online. As I do this daily. My all friends are also music lovers and they often visit these music sites.

I dunno...if its that easy to make money from movie sites then everyone is doing it already.
